Report: Wal-Mart buying Jet.com for $3B

Wal-Mart is set to acquire two-year-old online retailer Jet.com for $3 billion, people familiar with the matter told Recode.

The deal is expected to be announced today.

The purchase would be the largest-ever acquisition of an e-commerce company.
