Report: Utah Jazz to be sold for $1.7B

The Miller family agreed to sell the Utah Jazz for nearly $1.7 billion, people familiar with the matter told ESPN.

Ryan Smith, founder of software company Qualtrics, is the reported buyer.

The Miller family has owned the basketball team for three decades.
