Uber Technologies Inc. is reportedly in acquisition talks with Grubhub Inc.
People familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal that Uber approached Grubhub in February with an all-stock takeover offer. The companies have been in talks since, the sources said.
News of the potential acquisition sent Grubhub's shares up by more than 63%.
