A report by personal finance website WalletHub found the worst states for millennials.
The report found millennials make up the largest generation in the U.S. workforce but earn 20 percent less than baby boomers did at the same age.
West Virginia ranked as the worst state, based on factors including student loan debt, millennial earnings, job growth and homeownership rates.
Missouri ranked as the 26th best state for millennials.
