The city of St. Louis, St. Louis County and the St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Complex Authority reportedly have turned down a settlement offer from Stan Kroenke.
The Los Angeles Rams owner made the $100 million offer to settle a relocation lawsuit filed by the St. Louis plaintiffs, Front Office Sports reports.
A jury ruling in St. Louis' favor could result in damages of up to $1 billion.
