PepsiCo is close to presenting a purchase offer for Rockstar Energy Beverages, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
The Pepsi producer reportedly will offer $3.85 billion for the energy drink maker.
Rockstar already is distributed by PepsiCo.
