Netflix has made a mostly cash offer to acquire Warner Bros Discovery, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters.
The source said Netflix submitted the offer during a second round of bids for Warner Bros Discovery.
Warner Bros Discovery previously rejected Paramount's mostly cash offer of nearly $24 a share for the company.
