Microsoft Corp. intends to voluntarily recognize a group of 300 video game testers if they vote to unionize.
That's according to the Communication Workers of America, which would represent the workers.
"When workers have the opportunity to join a union without company interference, it empowers them to have their voices heard in the workplace," CWA President Christopher Shelton said.

As part of the negotiations, the "game testers" will have unlimited "Big Gulps" and Tony's Pizza Rolls and/or Hot Pockets while testing games. Also, minimum requirements were set for gaming chairs.
