Microsoft is scaling back its global data center plans, according to a report by Bloomberg.
Sources familiar with the matter told the publication that Microsoft has halted talks or delayed development of sites in Indonesia, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Plans in Illinois, North Dakota and Wisconsin also may be impacted.
