Microsoft Corp. is in talks to buy video game chat service Discord Inc. for more than $10 billion, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.
One source said Discord also is considering an initial public offering.
San Francisco-based Discord's service allows gamers to communicate by video, voice and text.
