Microsoft is likely set to receive an antitrust warning from the European Union over its proposed Activision Blizzard acquisition, people familiar with the matter told Reuters.
The European Commission reportedly is preparing to issue a charge sheet known as a statement of objections over the $69 billion deal.
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission also has sought to block the deal.
