The Michael Jackson estate is nearing a deal to sell half of its interests in the singer's music catalog, sources familiar with the matter told Variety.
The sources said the deal could be valued at up to $900 million.
Sony and a possible financial partner reportedly are negotiating a deal for the stake in the catalog.
