Report: Medical marijuana growers in eastern Missouri must surrender licenses

A group of eastern Missouri medical marijuana growers must surrender their licenses and destroy their cannabis products as part of an agreement that resolves a dispute with the state.

The licensees in question that signed the agreement are all based in Perryville: Archimedes Medical Holdings, FUJM and Holistic Health Capital.

The state's allegations included claims of "pervasive irregularities" related to the testing of products and "numerous outages" on security cameras that went unreported.
