Enrollment in Master of Business Administration degrees is declining in St. Louis, according to research by the St. Louis Business Journal.
From 2015 to 2024, Webster University had a 62% decline in enrollment; the Saint Louis University Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business reported a 52% decrease; and the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Business Administration saw a 27% drop.
Population decline is one reason for the drop, experts say, and one official said fewer people enroll in MBA programs during stronger economies.
