James Murdoch is reportedly in talks to buy New York magazine and Vox Media’s podcast network.
His investment company, Lupa Systems, is in talks to acquire the assets for at least $300 million, people familiar with the matter told CNN.
The assets would join Murdoch's stake holdings in the Tribeca Film Festival and a major entertainment producer in India.
