Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri is implementing an edict requiring workers to return to the office, according to an internal memo viewed by Business Insider.
The order requiring work five days a week in the office starts Feb. 2, the memo indicates.
"I believe that we are more creative and collaborative when we are together in-person," Mosseri wrote in the memo, according to Business Insider. "I felt this pre-COVID and I feel it any time I go to our New York office where the in-person culture is strong."
