A hedge fund is reportedly considering a takeover of the Papa John's pizza chain.
Trian Fund Management is said to be among several parties interested after Papa John's put itself up for sale amid a fight with its founder, John Schnatter.
Schnatter continues to own nearly 30 percent of the company's shares.
