Singapore's Grab Holdings Inc. is in talking to go public through a special purpose acquisition company agreement, sources familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
The deal with an Altimeter Capital Management LP-affiliated SPAC would value the ride-hailing company at $35 billion-$40 billion.
The report indicates the SPAC agreement could make Grab's public debut the largest such deal on record.
