GameStop Corp. reportedly is looking to capitalize further on its reputation as a meme stock.
The video game retailer plans to develop a marketplace for nonfungible tokens and establish cryptocurrency partnerships, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
The NFTs would include video game goods such as avatar outfits and weapons.
