Forever 21 is considering filing for bankruptcy, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.
The anonymous sources indicated negotiations to restructure the retailer's debt have stalled with possible lenders.
Forever 21, according to the report, is the sixth-largest nondepartment store tenant of Simon Property Group. The latter company operates Battlefield Mall, which has a Forever 21 store.
