The U.S. Food and Drug Administration plans to order Juul Labs Inc. to take its e-cigarettes out of the U.S. market, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
Juul has undergone a nearly two-year review of its tobacco- and menthol-flavored products.
An announcement could come as soon as this week, the sources said.
