After a lackluster holiday sales season, the nation's biggest electronics chain is reportedly laying off as many as 2,000 managers and supervisors, according to the New York Post.
Best Buy, which saw sales fall 2.6 percent during the Christmas selling season, isn't currently planning to close any stores, according to the report, which cited an insider source.
A spokesman for Best Buy, which is slated to report results Thursday, declined to comment.
