Amazon has submitted a bid for TikTok, people familiar with the matter told The New York Times.
The last-minute bid comes as TikTok faces an April deadline to be separated from its Chinese owner or be banned in the United States.
Oracle and private equity firm Blackstone are reportedly also exploring investments in TikTok.
