Alphabet, the parent company of Google, is reportedly in talks to make an acquisition.
A source familiar with the matter told Reuters that Alphabet is considering a $23 billion acquisition of cybersecurity startup Wiz.
Founded in Israel, Wiz is now based in New York. The company provides cloud-based cybersecurity solutions.
