Actress Emily Ratajkowski and her movie producer husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard, failed to make rent at their New York City apartment and had to be paid to leave, according to a lawsuit.
Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard allegedly did not pay more than $160,000 in rent over two years. According to the New York Post, they allegedly misused a state loft law meant to help so-called starving artists.
After they exited the apartment, the couple purchased a $2 million home in Los Angeles.
