Rep. Nunes sues Twitter, spoof accounts for $250M

Rep. Devin Nunes, R-California, filed suit against Twitter and two spoof accounts.

Nunes is seeking $250 million in the suit that alleges Twitter profited from abusive behavior and language via spoof accounts Devin Nunes' Cow and Devin Nunes' Mom.

Nunes also accuses Twitter of "shadow-banning conservatives," a practice through which content is buried or supressed without actually blocking or suspending a user's account.
