Remington Outdoor Co. announced it will emerge from bankruptcy this month.
The company reported a U.S. bankruptcy court confirmed its reorganization plan and agreed to cancel $775 million worth of debt while honoring trade and business claims.
Remington would emerge from bankruptcy with a new asset-based loan facility of $193 million, as well as $155 million in other financing.
