A federal judge approved $75 million worth of loans to Remington as part of its bankruptcy case.
After more than 200 years in business, the gunmaker filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this week.
With the $75 million, Remington will continue to pursue a deal to reduce its debt by as much as $620 million.
