Remington announced yesterday it exited Chapter 11 bankruptcy, less than two months after filing.
Officials with the gunmaker said the company converted $775 million worth of debt into equity.
"We are excited about the future - producing quality products, serving our customers and providing good jobs for our employees," CEO Anthony Acitelli said in a statement.
