Firearms maker Remington Arms Co. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
That marks the company's second bankruptcy filing since 2018.
Remington had been in talks to sell itself out of bankruptcy to the Navajo Nation before negotiations collapsed in recent weeks. The company no longer has a lead bidder, according to The Wall Street Journal.
