Randy Magers has been busy on
East Battlefield. One of his recent retail efforts is the Regency Center, a new retail strip mall at 2931-2943 E. Battlefield. Morelock-Ross Builders
is constructing the mall, which is designed by Slone Architects. According to Bob Murray Co., leasing agent with R.B. Murray, there is a lease pending with operators of a new restaurant which will take up 5,000 square feet of the 14,973-square-foot mall. Space is available at $12.25 per square foot per year in sections of 2,093 feet and up. The cost for land and construction was about $1.5 million, according to Magers.
