ReeceNichols unit Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Kansas City Realty has doubled the size of its presence in the area.
The company is adding offices in Blue Springs, North Kansas City and Overland Park, and with them, 100 new real estate agents. Century 21’s franchise agreement expired in 2021, and its regional offices transferred to Berkshire Hathaway’s Kansas City umbrella.
A Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and a subsidiary of HomeServices of America Inc., ReeceNichols additionally operates in the Springfield area.
