ReeceNichols Real Estate added a Joplin office to its Springfield-operated southern region.
Located at 2639 E. 32nd St., the Joplin office joins other southern region locations in the Queen City, Bolivar, Branson and Branson West, Houston, Mount Vernon, Neosho, Nixa, Rogersville, Seymour and West Plains, said ReeceNichols spokeswoman Laurel Zimmerman.
Allen Hall, who formerly was managing broker with Pro 100 Inc. Realtors, took on the same role for ReeceNichols in Joplin, according to a news release.
“We had been looking for the right leader for the Joplin market for several years and we found just that with Allen,” said Shaun Duggins, president of ReeceNichols’ southern region, in the release. “He’s passionate about our business and providing the best possible customer service.”
The Joplin office is slated to move to 1804 S. Rangeline Road in a few months, according to the release.
The southern region was formed by Leawood, Kansas-based ReeceNichols last year after it merged with its Springfield-based sister company, Carol Jones Realtors, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting.
Since then, ReeceNichols expanded its Branson portfolio with the purchase of Re/Max Lifestyle Realty.
ReeceNichols has some 3,000 real estate agents at 32 branches and more than 24 franchise offices in Missouri and Kansas, according to the release.
