Red Lobster opens in Branson
A new 198-seat Red Lobster restaurant opened March 20 on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway in Branson. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant will employ about 100 people. According to Mike Romero, culinary manager of the restaurant, business hours for dinner are 4-10 p.m. weekdays and 4-11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. He said the restaurant will begin serving both lunch and dinner seven days a week around April 10. According to the city of Branson, the estimated value of the Red Lobster project on its commercial construction permit was $1 million, and the estimated value of the issued landscaping permit was $22,950.
