Is there anything as indulgent and satisfying as smoky barbecued ribs? This quick and simple recipe lets you enjoy fall-off-the-bone ribs without a lot of fuss.

Why try? Meaty barbecued ribs are a crowd pleaser. No matter what time of year you serve them, they’ll transport you back to a warm summer day.

Foodie Byte: Although this is a “dry” ribs recipe, you may wish to provide barbecue sauce for those who prefer a “wet” flavor experience.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of ribs
  • McCormick® Grill Mates® Pork Rub
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place ribs, meaty side up, on a cookie sheet. Cover with rub and salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in oven for 1 hour or until tender.
  4. Place ribs on a grill rack over coals and roast for 30 minutes.
