Recipe: Fresh Raspberry Caipirinha Cocktail

This on-trend Brazilian cocktail features the classic flavor of cachaca. We updated this traditional drink by using fresh raspberries and fruit flavored syrup. Enjoy the flavors of summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Cachaca
  • 2 wedges fresh lime
  • 1/2 ounce raspberry syrup
  • 5 fresh raspberries

Preparation

  1. Muddle two raspberries in the bottom of a glass.
  2. Add ice, cachaca, lime and raspberry syrup.
  3. Stir to mix well.
  4. Garnish with three raspberries.
