Great American Title Co. announced two staff changes. Marcia Joy-Baker, the company’s Christian County co-founder and manager, retired after 11 years of service. Kathy Whitworth, a seven-year employee of Great American Title, was promoted to branch manager of the company’s Nixa location.
Ozark Mountain Bank appointed Michael Booth senior vice president. Booth has been with the bank for 26 years, 24 of which were spent in loan collection, installment lending, residential real estate and commercial loans.
Citizens National Bank added three new employees to its Ozark branch. Carla Green joined the bank as vice president of mortgage lending and is responsible for originating residential real estate loans. Heather Smith is the bank’s new mortgage loan assistant. Cindy Heaton is the branch operations officer for the new facility.
Tom Rankin, managing member of Rankin Co. LLC was appointed to the Private Developers III Forum of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. NAIOP is a trade association for developers, owners, investors and asset managers in industrial, office and related commercial real estate. The Developers III Forum is limited to principal members who are real estate developers or owners from nonmajor markets. The association’s forums provide networking and exchange opportunities for senior-level NAIOP members with at least 10 years of real estate experience and at least one year of association membership.
Jason M. McMillen joined Old Missouri National Bank as assistant vice president. His responsibilities include all aspects of agricultural, commercial, retail and real estate lending. McMillen has 10 years of banking experience.
Good Samaritan Boys Ranch in Brighton has received $350,000 in Missouri tax credits to help fund the construction of a new nutrition center on its campus. Neighborhood Assistance Program tax credits, issued by the Missouri Department of Economic Development, have provided the ranch with opportunities to construct several new facilities in the past five years, including, most recently, a new school, infirmary and social services center for ranch residents.
