Wendy Weinrich was promoted to area manager for Great American Title, overseeing the company’s Monett, Aurora, Republic, Cassville and Mount Vernon offices.

Weinrich has been with Great American Title for seven years. Previously, she was a planning commissioner for Sarpy County in Nebraska.

She has 16 years of experience in mortgage lending and escrow closing.

Cynthia Mathis was promoted to area manager of the company’s Twin Oaks, James River, Claremont and Kingsley offices.

She has worked in the title and lending industry for more than 20 years in the Springfield area.

Mathis joined Great American Title in 2002 as branch manager for the Kingsley Street location.

Sherri Doran was promoted to assistant branch manager of the Great American Title’s West Battlefield Road closing office.

She has 10 years of experience in real estate closings and has been with the company for more than three years as an escrow closer.

Previously, Doran worked at Guaranty Bank and Bank of America.

Pam Morrison was promoted to area manager of the company’s Battlefield Road, Kearney Street, Marshfield and Joplin offices. Morrison has 20 years of escrow experience, 10 of those years with Great American.

She holds an escrow certificate from San Bernardino Valley College, and was a certified escrow officer in California before moving to Missouri.

In addition to handling residential closings, Morrison also specializes in commercial closings and 1031 exchanges.

Alicia Adams was promoted to assistant manager at the company’s Republic office. Adams has been with Great American Title for six years.

Becky Biggs was promoted to assistant manager of the company’s Kingsley Street office.

She has worked in the title and

lending industry since 1993 and with Great American Title for five years as an escrow closer.

Caris King joined Great American Title as escrow and construction processor for the company’s new office on Highway 248 in Branson.

King has 10 years of experience in the real estate and title business. She moved to southwest Missouri in 2005 and previously worked at Lincoln-Evans Land Title and Liberty Bank.

Trina Noel joined the company as branch manager and closing agent for the Branson office. Noel is a native of the Branson/Hollister area. She has more than 17 years of experience in banking, primarily in real estate lending, and four years experience as a closing agent.

Shannon Valentine joined Great American Title as a closer in the Branson West office.

She has 11 years of experience in the title industry and has been involved with the Missouri Land Title Association, attending continuing education courses, seminars and annual conventions.

Morgan James joined Great American Title as special events coordinator.

James has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Missouri State University and has experience in e-marketing, sales and event management.

Most recently, she worked as a graphic designer.

Lynda Chastain joined Great American Title as business development representative for Greene and Webster counties. She has a background in residential real estate sales in both the greater Springfield and tri-lakes areas and more than seven years experience in the marketing industry.

Springfield-based Murney Associates, Realtors was named Outstanding Corporation of the Year for 2007 by the Ozarks chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
