Sabina Frank of Carol Jones Realtors was awarded the Certified International Property Specialist designation by the National Association of Realtors. The designation recognizes individuals who have completed the necessary training and have adequate experience to work with international clients and properties. Coursework is focused on learning cultural differences and international business practices.

Aimee Dixon Plumlee, director of the Springfield-area office of HouseMaster, recently attended the home-inspection company’s annual conference at the Antlers Hilton in Colorado Springs, Colo. New technology and the role of the Internet were key topics at the event, which brought together more than 200 HouseMaster professionals together.

Licensed agent Rhonda Burks joined Murney Associates Realtors. Burks, who previously was with Carol Jones, Realtors, has more than three years of residential real estate experience and is a multimilliondollar producer.

Bank of America Mortgage awarded its President’s Club honor to two individuals: Tina Gideon of Branson and Karen Rust of Lebanon. In 2005, Gideon closed 189 home loans, totaling more than $23 million. Rust closed 164 home loans totaling more than $17 million in 2005. Both are among the top performing lenders across the Bank of America Mortgage system.

LaDon Mortgage announced that Mary Janick, a public relations specialits, and Guy Callaway, a mortgage loan officer, are now the company’s marketing and public relations team.[[In-content Ad]]
