Raymond James & Associates filed a lawsuit against Lowe's Cos. Inc. over an alleged breach of contract.
The broker-dealer subsidiary of Raymond James Financial Inc. alleges Lowe's breached its contract with the company by using a different financial adviser in a June acquisition.
Lowe's brought on a different company for its $512 million purchase of Maintenance Supply Headquarters LP, the suit claims.
