St. Louis-based Rawlings Sporting Goods agreed to buy fellow sports equipment manufacturer Easton Diamond Sports LLC.
The terms of the deal between Rawlings and California-based Easton were undisclosed.
Officials said the deal would “create a leading baseball and softball equipment provider."
