St. Louis-based baseball and sports equipment company Rawlings Sporting Goods Co. is expanding via acquisition.
The company announced plans to purchase Jack Corbett Hollywood Bases from Litchfield, Illinois-based Schutt Sports Inc. for undisclosed terms.
Jack Corbett Hollywood Bases is the official supplier of bases for Major League Baseball.
