Rapper 2 Milly yesterday filed suit against Epic Games, the maker of popular video game "Fortnite."
The rapper, whose real name is Terrence Ferguson, alleges Epic Games illegally used a dance he created in the video game.
Known on "Fortnite" for sale as "Swipe It," Ferguson claims the dance was copied from the “Milly Rock,” a dance he came up with in 2011 that appeared in 2015 in a song and video of the same name.
“They never even asked my permission,” 2 Milly said in a statement.
A spokesman with Epic Games declined to comment.
