St. Louis Aldermanic President Megan Green said the Rams settlement money "is on the table" as the city looks to fund recovery efforts in the wake of a tornado last week.
"Everything – including the Rams settlement – is on the table," Green told the St. Louis Business Journal.
St. Louis has roughly $294 million in Rams settlement funding available.
American Rescue Plan Act money also may be used for storm recovery efforts.
