A St. Louis jury awarded $12.5 million to a former NFL running back who severely injured his knee during a 2015 game when the Rams still played in St. Louis.
The Los Angeles Rams were ordered to pay $7.5 million in punitive damages and $4.95 million in compensatory damages to Reggie Bush.
In 2016, the former San Francisco 49er filed suit against the Rams over an alleged “concrete ring of death,” a strip of exposed concrete about 35 feet behind the 49ers bench that he fell on during a game at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis.
