Work is under way for Ramada franchisee Harshad Patel's new $1.85 million, 55-room hotel that will sit less than half a mile from the I-44/Chestnut Expressway interchange, Exit 72. Williams Construction is general contractor and Slone Architects is architect for the hotel, which will feature four suites, an indoor pool and interior corridors. Engineering for the project is being done by Quantum Group of Ozark. The hotel is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2004.
