The Louis and Dorothy Coover Regional Grantmaking Program, a partnership between Community Foundation of the Ozarks and Commerce Trust Co., presented a $38,800 grant to the Upper White River Basin Foundation. On hand for the Feb. 8 presentation are, from left, Community Foundation of the Ozarks’ Chairperson-Elect Sally Baird, UWRBP Executive Director John Moore, Jill Reynolds of Commerce Trust Co. and UWRBP Board President Peter Herschend.
