Resource Development Inc. is the general contractor for Quail Creek Development LLC’s 28,133-square-foot retail and restaurant center, scheduled for completion Nov. 15. Creative Inc. is the architect and the structural engineer. Crocker Consulting Engineers is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer, and Hood-Rich Inc. is the civil engineer.

Metropolitan National Bank is the lender for the approximately $3.8 million project. Springfield developer Bill Jester is the principal of both Quail Creek Development and Resource Development Inc. Indigo Joe’s, a sports-bar-and-grill chain based in California, is on tap to serve as the anchor tenant of the development, which still has about 24,000-square-feet of space available for lease through Ken Schwab of Wilhoit Properties.
