Quail Creek Plaza

Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for Quail Creek Plaza development at 1440 W. Republic Road for Bill Jester’s Quail Creek Plaza LLC. Other engineers on the project are Meridian Structural Works for structural engineering and Hood-Rich Inc. for civil engineering. The architect is Creative Ink Architects LLC and Walton Construction is the general contractor for the 28,000-square-foot retail center. Metropolitan Bank is the lender for the project, which has an estimated cost of $1.6 million. The design uses bold color and ceramic tile with whimsical architectural features to create a uniquely identifiable shopping and dining destination. Quail Creek Plaza is slated for completion this month.
