Nestle Purina PetCare Co. announced plans to invest $550 million to expand its pet food manufacturing plant in Hartwell, Georgia.
The company is adding up to 130 new jobs as part of the plans.
Purina PetCare, a St. Louis-based subsidiary of Swiss food and beverage corporation Nestle, is growing the Georgia plant to include processing, packaging and warehouse capacity.
